Yeah....this looks safe!

It's been way to long since we've updated our blog. Dan and I have been spending lots of time doing projects around the house and to be quite honest we just found the camera cord so we can download pics again.

One of the first house projects we decided to do was to hang a ceiling fan in the screened in porch. Since we didn't have a big enough ladder Dan decided to hang the ceiling fan while standing on a ladder that was on top of a table with the fan tied around his neck with a strap. Not the brightest idea, but I guess this is what extreme sports looks like when you hit 30.

Family and Friends

This short, but meaningful post, carries our deepest thanks and appreciation to our family and friends who have been so supportive over the last few weeks. In difficult times, your letters, flowers, prayers, phone calls, emails, and visits have lifted our spirits and refocused us on the bright future ahead. We're Moving

I think we can officially say that we are moving! We have settlement on our townhouse on January 28th and then settlement on the new house on February 18th. We can't wait to get into the new house and make it our own!

Under Contract

Dan and I accepted an offer on our house today! We have a tentative settlement date of January 28th. It looks like we'll be using our Christmas vacation to start packing. Keep your fingers crossed for us that the inspection and all goes well and the offer doesn't fall through. Now it's on to the fun part....looking for the next place to call home!
